It is still ongoing, the war between us poor gamers and the bots from the Pokémon support and tech team, waging a war of silence, ignorance and automated messages... but no, wait!
Just some hours ago, the Twitter Account of Pokemon.com as well as the news section of the Global Link site have FINALLY acknowledged the issue! After over three weeks of silence, a missed tournament including rewards, countless support requests they have finally ACKNOWLEDGED the problem! Woohooo...!

Way to go, PTC. No one beats you in your speed to respond to users troubles.
Now how many more weeks will it take you to announce a spectacular victory over the big bad login issue "some" (SOME?!?) users have been experiencing? Another three? Six? Nine?
...
Hey, but at least it is a step forward. About as far as a Metapod would get in this time I guess.
Our propaganda effort is also spreading. Just a bit after uploading the second entry of this logbook, another video was made on Youtube by Austin John, detailing the problem and a good bit better in my opinion than the last one.
Also, there is an article up at Kotaku, although the direction and focus is a tad misleading. But hey, we take everything.
As for the log.
Nothing new yet because there's barely been any time between this and the last post. Still no answer to the question of whether or not the support team is human or not. But I guess since they are acknowledging it now, they may very well be... Either that or they really only sort through the support question every few weeks and otherwise let the bots handle it. I am not very positive at this point that I will actually get a response.
And that's all for today. Please spread the news, join us in our still ongoing war. We have taken the first steps towards victory so let us increase the pressure and make them yield!
