So, the year is at an end. Finally some would say. Let me recap what the year brought for me in the realms of my anime experience in somewhat chronological order and some brief commentary. I admit to not have seen many new series that actually aired this year but a lot of it just didn't interest me enough and those that did often disappointed me to no end. Without further preamble (since I'm typing this up rather hastily ^_^), here is my list.

Status Update

No, I am not dead. And while I said the next episodes would take awhile since I am doing them back-to-back, I feel I have to inform you that Maia and I kind of hit a bit of a block midway through 3-2 already and haven't been doing much of anything the last weeks. There were a couple of reasons for that but we are going to get back to it, just expect to have a bit of a longer wait for an update on TFSTTM Reloaded.

On that note, I managed to pull Maia out of her uncooperative phase just shy of Christmas. So, we are writing a short Minaru piece again which we hope to have done by Christmas. I can honestly say that what we already did do yesterday evening was about the longest session I sat on a single story since the championship final in arc 1 of TFSTTM Reloaded. So we might make it. ^_^

Keep a lookout for it since the story is planned for three short phases which I'm going to post individually, starting either tonight or tomorrow. I cannot really guarantee any quality since this one is kind of odd, hasted and written in a phase of barely recovered writer's block, but I hope you will still enjoy.

TFSTTM Reloaded Arc 3, Episode 01 Released!

Here it is. After long waiting (in part due to my beta taking longer), one frustrating scene rewrite (again because of my beta), the next episode of TFSTTM Reloaded has been released. Everything else is explained within.

The Final Step to the Master Reloaded 3-01 Teaser

Here, it is, the first small teaser for this blog. This will become a regular occurence from now, with the scenes always selected from somewhere within the first half of the episode currently being written. Enjoy!

Update status and a recommendation

Seriously? In one day?!? I don't even think that's humanly possible! How fast do you read? I'm totally amazed.

On the update front. I have finally settled for a rudimentary scene lineup for episode 1 which I am more or less satisfied with it. Perhaps I start writing again tonight. Certainly Maia would appreciate after all the coding and reformatting...

*Maia sits huddled in a corner, whimpering*

Right. Can't promise anything. What I can promise is that from now on the episodes will not only be betaed, they'll be quality-checked. I got two people to check each release, one for spelling and grammar and both for the plot. First time I ever had two people doing this for one of my stories at once.

Lastly, a recommendation for everyone who hasn't seen this yet. Go take a look at Shuffle! I got the recommendation from a review on NSW and am pleasantly surprised. For a harem-type anime this is fairly good. The characters are all very interesting, the humor is there but not overdone and for once the love rivals are not actively out to kill each other, plus the main guy is actually fairly normal (not an overdrawn outcast/clumsy idiot or something). I'm only eight episodes in, but I'll definitely watch this to the end.

Official Opening of M&M DreamWorks

Official Opening of M&M DreamWorks. The archive (and in extension this blog) is now officially running. Possible bugs may still remain (but shouldn't). More content in different sections will be filled soon.

Check out the revision of TFSTTM Reloaded, as well as the NEW Prologue for the third arc.

I welcome everyone new. Mostly those coming over from ff.net to check this out. Leave your comments please. This blog is still a bit under development and it's my first time doing one, so be a little patient.

Welcome to M&M DreamWorks

If you see this post, then it means you have reached the blog for M&M DreamWorks. It may also mean you came here before this blog has been officially opened. ^_^

What is M&M DreamWorks? Our personal label if you wish which we have been starting to use for our fanfiction works. Who is 'us'? Well, that's me Matthias or also known as MysticMew and my (sometimes more and sometimes less) faithful muse, Maia.

So what will M&M DreamWorks be about? First of all fanfiction, my fanfiction. More importantly updates and ways to view/download new chapters outside of the big archives and their formatting restrictions. You will also learn first about new updates, information, progress reports and the like. This blog and the corresponding archive site will from now on be the first place where I will post new updates.

Aside from fanfiction, this blog will in time host articles, essays and news about things that interest me. Mostly these will either be topics concerning fanfiction, anime, manga or games. But there might be others.

Since I am fluent in both English and German, I may post in both languages, although English will stay the primary language. If possible I will provide translation of content that I have posted in German as long as the content maybe of interest for our English-speaking followers.
